These film works often involve filling much of the installation area with the film material, the image becomes a by-product of the 'support network', these (net)works are presented as fragile constructs on the verge of collapse. With the film works it is important for me to show the process that creates the illusion of a moving film image.

My film works, more to come, are concerned with the seduction of the viewing experience. Characters are stand ins for larger cultural icons. The material of film is often present, the characters are going through their roles aware of the silver screen presence that they occupy.
